Molly Tarlov has been an American actress since 2011 and is known best for playing Sadie Saxton, the star of Awkward - a teen drama comedy television show. Tarlov was the eldest of two girls, was raised and born in Manhattan, New York. At the age of 10 she played the role of Mrs. Peterson as part of a Little Red School House production of Bye Bye Birdie. This was a hugely praised performance by a crowd of seven graders. The summer she studied at NYU Tisch and the Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College awarded her a Bachelor of Arts degree in theatre. She was a student of a range different styles of acting. She also studied at The Atlantic Theater Company and was able to incorporate the writing aspect of her act in The LAByrinth Theater Master Course. Molly changed her winter coat for glasses in black, and set off towards Los Angeles. In no time, she was offered a three-word character on iCarly that attracted the notice to her parents. She's since made several television shows and played Caitlin as the lead character in Winnie and Savannah Dooley's ABC Family series Huge. Molly is a professional basketball player who likes to believe she's better than she really is. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
