Beautiful pics of Tamara Day and Sarah Stiles feet & legs
The children were sleeping at the crib, and I was strapped to one of them on my back. Ha! We were getting closer to finishing, but we were a long distance away. The project would require the time, energy, and my favorite shopping to complete the interior of this house. To keep in the realm of budgets, I took to going with my boys to estate sales in search of diamonds. Our weekly routine that included spending Thursday through Saturday walking around sale houses and garages, purchasing new and old objects. I then spent the remainder of the week sanding and painting the driveway. It was kind of similar to the following... Here is where my obsession with restoring antique furniture started. Once our home was completed, I was unable to stop! There was an area on the market to sell things. In the end, I accumulated more items that I had no idea how to use them and outgrew the space. I started having open houses in my home which saw over 1 000 guests could visit in a single weekend and could buy anything they saw on the ground floor. It was here that my business Growing Days was born. In addition to my thriving business, I also had the pleasure of growing our family. Being a new mom I was able to strike the right balance to both start my own business and also being a decent mother. Growing Days fit perfectly. The year 2013 was the year my daughter Nora became our fourth child. I was thrilled with where my company was going, but I wanted to take a breather. I decided to take some break from my antique furniture and slow down to stay at home with the children. That was exactly what I was looking for at the moment. After a couple of months, the phone began to ring. People were calling me and seeking help for the interior decoration and renovations. It was mostly those that came to my home to purchase furniture. Once I had a few months, I took on clients at my pace. In no time, I was managing several accounts and a home remodeling business. It is likely that I'd have laughed had someone had told me the venture was going to be the premise of an upcoming TV show in the DIY Network. When I look at it, it has made me laugh.
