Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My amazing fiance JP, and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry are also part of our extended family. My followers are mostly on my Instagram page, @annephung. This is where I share my story-the highs, the lows and all in between. My parents brought me into America in the year 1990 when I was just a year old. I wouldn't be sharing my story with you today had my parents not worked to the max and sacrifice. My parents inspired me and helped me to become prosperous. In my mind, I knew what the plan was for my future. You go to college and then graduate. Get married. Get a home. Create children. It was my idea of what it would take to be successful. But life had other plans. The job I held in 2013 was one I had a fear of. Status and money were not what I needed to feel happy. I thought I was living a solitary time to make a living. My passion for fitness and my love of socializing with other people led me to discover my dream job as a personal trainer. The year 2014 was the year I began my business on the side and in this year in 2021, I'll be celebrating my 7th year anniversary. There are a few Asian females working in the field. As a coach I would like to change the world through providing high-quality training that will help others become healthier and more content. Also, I want people to feel empowered to follow their dreams and be able to achieve whatever it is they wish for throughout their lives. My career exploded as I experienced the greatest successful times of my life. But, my mom passed away at the same time that my career began to take off. She won her eight year struggle with scleroderma, and is now in Heaven and with me in my thoughts and heart at all times. Although you may not be able to see the signs at first, God is a way of giving us what we really need. My mom's death changed my life in so many ways and I am convinced that my mom gave me a second chance at life through her passing. When she passed away on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was the perfect time to start her next life and I was given a second chance to live a happy, fulfilled and fulfilling life. The 30's are the only that I truly feel like that I'm alive. When I tell the story of my life, it is in the hope that others are able to relate to my experiences and thoughts. To know that they're not on their own. Also, that there exists genuine love. Also that therapy is necessary and not abnormal. Finally that wellness is your greatest wealth. I pray that you live your life to the fullest and to die with no regrets as dying is the only possibility that awaits us in our life.
